Nate Paul is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of World Class. As World Class’ President and CEO, Mr. Paul directs the firm’s investment strategy. Since 2007, Mr. Paul has overseen over 100 completed transactions in building the company’s diverse portfolio of business and real estate assets. During that time, World Class Property Company, the firm’s real estate private equity business, has managed capital for hundreds of limited partners, including many public and private pension plans, financial institutions, foundations, insurance companies, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
Mr. Paul has been featured as a guest speaker at many colleges, universities, and conferences speaking on the topics of entrepreneurship, real estate, private equity, and investment management. He has been recognized by Forbes Magazine in their “30 under 30” list, and by Real Estate Forum Magazine on the “Fifty under 40” list of top real estate professionals.
Mr. Paul is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association, NAREIT, NAIOP, ACG, TEXPERS, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Paul serves on the board of the National Psoriasis Foundation, and is actively involved with philanthropic efforts with numerous organizations focused on youth and education. Mr. Paul attended the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
Sheena Paul is Chief Operating Officer of World Class. Ms. Paul is a member of the founding team of World Class, and is involved in all phases of our development and operations. Her primary responsibility is the development and execution of firm-wide initiatives at World Class and its subsidiaries. Ms. Paul has managed over $1 billion in acquisitions, financings, and operations of real estate assets across the United States.
Prior to rejoining World Class to found its New York office, Ms. Paul was an attorney in the New York office of global law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she practiced in the restructuring and international banking groups.
Ms. Paul holds a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law, where she received distinction as a Mordecai Scholar. She also holds a bachelor of business administration in the Business Honors Program and in marketing, as well as a bachelor of arts in the Plan II Honors Program from the University of Texas at Austin.
In 2015, Ms. Paul was named a Woman of Influence by Real Estate Forum Magazine, and was awarded the Rising Star: Profiles in Power award by the Austin Business Journal. She is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association, NAREIT and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Ms. Paul is also an active philanthropist who currently serves on the Duke Law Alumni Association Board and the marketing board for Global Wildlife Conservation, has previously served numerous philanthropic organizations and charitable efforts.
Jeremy Stoler is Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff of World Class. Mr. Stoler is responsible for the execution and oversight of initiatives of our Chief Executive Officer, as well as leading deal origination at World Class and its subsidiaries. Mr. Stoler has over 20 years of real estate industry experience, and previously served as the head of Commercial Real Estate Originations at Credit Suisse.
Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Stoler held senior positions at BGC Partners/Cantor Fitzgerald, Centerline Capital, Nomura Securities, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Over his origination career, his responsibilities included a wide array of tasks ranging from fund management and loan origination to the oversight of warehouse lending and third party origination programs, asset sales, and dispositions. As part of these duties, Mr. Stoler was heavily involved in the establishment of the real estate lending and structured finance platforms at both Credit Suisse and Nomura. He has has originated over $20 billion of multifamily and commercial real estate financing in his career, and began his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP in their Real Estate Services Group working on both audit and advisory projects.
Mr. Stoler graduated with honors from Emory University with a BBA in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York (inactive status). Mr. Stoler is a member of the MBA, NMHC, ICSC, CREFC, MHI, AICPA and NYSCPA. He holds Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 securities licenses.
